One of the top luxury trains in the world , The Golden Chariot takes the tourist for memorable journey of exotic locations of both Karnataka and Goa . In the seven night , eight day splendid tour, the traveler apart from tanning in the Calangute beach of Goa in the final leg of the tour also visits the great tourist sites of Banglore, Mysore, Kabini, Hassan , Hospet in Karnataka . All the artistically designed 19 coaches of this luxury train , are further divided into 11 traveler coaches, 2 dining coaches and 1 coach each for bar, meeting , gymnasium and spa . Each cabin of The Golden Chariot Train is equipped with latest amenities of comfort and relaxation All the cabins are fully air conditioned and have facilities of Wi-Fi, LCD television , DVD, personal chic washrooms. In particular , The Golden Chariot is one of the first trains which has a dish antennae that ensures the round the clock viewing of satellite television programs. All the coaches of the Golden Chariot Train been named separately after the ruling family which ruled Karnataka at one point of time or the other . Hence the tourist will find the coaches with names like Adhilshahi, Chalukya, Kadamba, Sangama and Vijaynagar As the name suggest, this luxury train of India is named after the famous Stone Chariot at Hampi . The Tariff includes:
Tariff is inclusive of accommodation on board The Golden Chariot/ travel/all meals / Conducted Sight-seeing Tours/ Entrance fees at Monuments / Parks / Palaces and Cultural Programmes.

The Tariff does not includes:
Drinks, tips, laundry, telephone calls, video camera fees, SPA Car, Business Car Facilities, liquor and other items of personal nature.

Reservation & Cancellation policy:

• 20% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
• Remaining 80% of ticket value 30 days prior to departure.

• 5% of the ticket value if cancellation is made until 60 days prior to departure.
• 20% of the ticket value if cancellation is made between 59-30 days prior to departure.
• 50% of the ticket value if cancellation is made between 29-15 days prior to departure.
• 100% of the ticket value if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to departure.

No show/ En route termination of tour/amendment:

• No Show - In case of No Show / Non-arrival of the guest, no refund or adjustment in future travel will be possible. The whole amount shall be treated as forfeited.
• En route termination of tour - In case of termination of tour by the guest, for any reasons, no refund or adjustment for future travel will be possible. The amount for unused portion of the tour shall be treated as forfeited.
• Amendment - Is only possible under the circumstances like Natural Disaster / Natural Calamity or Serious Health Problem’s (this needs to be supported by doctor’s certificate) and is subject to availability. No refunds are possible and every case will be decided on merits on a case to case
