• Reservations and Purchases
When you make a reservation or purchase online with TCI, we will share information about you and your purchase with our travel suppliers. We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your travel arrangements are confirmed with these travel suppliers. The travel suppliers will use your credit-card information to process your ticket or reservation.

• User Account, Password, Security
You will be required to choose a username and a password to enable use of your account. Keeping username and password confidential and secure from misuse is entirely your responsibility.
Any transaction (as defined above) or use or activity from your account, giving rise to any liability monetary or legal or otherwise, are your responsibility. Where you have reasons to suspect that there may have been unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security you must immediately inform TCI. TCI will not be responsible, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any losses that are incurred due to any misuse of your account by another, with or without your consent or knowledge or by yourself.

You must ensure that you exit your account when you end your visit to TCI.

Also, if any losses are incurred by TCI or any other person due to misuse of your account by another, it will be your responsibility and at your cost.

• Confidentiality Clause
Except as required by law, TCI will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to TCI. Postings by a user on any message board or in any other manner will not be protected as confidential and TCI may use and provide information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) to any of its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates for any purpose whatsoever and as deemed appropriate by TCI.

TCI reserves the right to incorporate details like your email, address, tel.no. on their database for any future correspondence / update / special offer.
