In order to impart product knowledge to the team members, pan-India FAM tours for all the TCI and Thomas Cook India Inbound operations staff were organised. The North India people had gone to South India and South people to The North. Another unique aspect of these tours was that some of our selected Foreign Tour Operators were also invited to be part of these tours which served the dual purpose of: - seeing India as a product and - Interacting with the Indian staff with whom they have been working through e-mails etc but do not know each other.
