Dear Manoj and TCI, Good day! I would like to make a feedback on the above mentioned tour. First of all, SA Tours would like to thank TCI for all the best service extended to our customers. From our customers feedback, all of them are very satisfied with the tour. They all praised Mr. Murli, the local guide for his good service, courtesy, destination knowledge and professionalism. All of them agreed that the meals and restaurants are ok. However my tour leader feels that the dinner in Delhi is quite a distance from the hotel they are staying. He suggested that next time the dinner maybe can be arrange nearer to the hotel the customers are staying. The customers feedback that the accomodations and rooms are excellent. They are satisfied with the services of the hotels except Intercontinental, Delhi which the staffs are not so friendly and they did not extend their full service. The sightseeing is good and all of them enjoyed it. They feedback the only thing that is lacking is there's not enough time for shopping in Delhi. Overall, it is a succesful tour.
