AIR ASIA X TO FLY ON DELHI-KUALA LUMPUR ROUTE FROM AUGUST 4
Air Asia X has announced the launch of its Delhi- Kuala Lumpur daily direct flight from August 4 this year. As a promotional offer, the airline will offer 1,000 free seats on this sector for the travel period from August 4- August 31, 2010. However, this offer was limited for online bookings made on June 5, 2010.

The Delhi-Kuala Lumpur flight would be the second long- haul destination for Air Asia X after Mumbai.

AIR INDIA TO RESUME FLIGHTS TO AUSTRALIA BY OPERATING DIRECT AND DAILY SERVICES BETWEEN DELHI AND MELBOURNE

In view of the huge demand for direct flight between India and Australia, Air India has decided to resume its services between Delhi and Melbourne expectedly from late October or early November this year. Air India will be resuming services to Australia after a lapse of over a decade. Apart from increase of passenger traffic, the services will also explore cargo movement between the two countries. The services will be operated with B-777 aircraft on a daily basis. Air India will also set up a regional office at Melbourne, to look after the sales and operations in Australia.
