Amanat Khan Serai
Located 38 kms from Amritsar, is famous for ornamental gateway and glazed tile decorations.

Baba Bakala
45 kms from Amritsar, is an important site to. The magnificent Gurudwara here is devoted to, Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Guru of the Sikhs.





Dharamsala
Located 200 kms from Amritsar, is in the state of Himachal Pradesh, is a popular hill station. Home to the present Dalai Lama, this wonderful and scenic hill station is characterised by pine forests and magnificent deodar, tea gardens and beautiful hills. Ranging from 1250 metres to 1982 metres in altitude, the hill station has many worthwhile spots to visit in and around the town. Mc Leodganj (10 km), Bhagsunath (11 km), the Tibetan Medical and Astro Institute, St. John's Church (8 km), the War Memorial (2 km from the town centre) and the Kunal Pathri (3 km) are some of them. Dharamsala also provides access to visit some of the other nearby exotic hill station.

Tarn Taranit
25 kms from Amritsar, is a famous excursion point. The sacred tank here is believed to have curative powers. Tarn Taran also houses the highly revered Gurudwara built in memory of Guru Ram Das by Guru Arjan Dev in AD 1768. The architecture of the monument is heavily influenced by the Golden Temple and is made in the same architectural style.
