"We are back in Germany and suffer under the present cold temperatures. However life goes on and our four weeks trip to India will remain in our minds as an extraordinary journey in a land of contrasts.

We have seen beautiful regions, met friendly people at all places, learnt a lot about Indian history and religion, and appreciated the Indian food especially the veg. meals.

You have worked out an itinerary for us which was "second to none". All TCI offices did their jobs accordingly and we always had the feeling to be ingood hands. "My wife and I visited India three times in the last year.

In our first visit (2002,April) we took your tour from Delhi to Agra (Taj Mahal). We invited the tour through internet and there we "met" Mr. Malayanil.

When we arrived in Delhi and took your tour to Agra, we met Mr. Ragesh who was very-very kind, and he was the first person from TCI that we met "face to face".

After we met Mr. Ragesh we asked him to make some arrangements for our daughter and us, and then we came to your office in Delhi, where we met "our friend from the internet ", Mr. Malayanil, who took care about all our requests and did everything in a very-very professional way kindly, quickly and to our full satisfaction.

In our second visit to India (2002, sep.) we bought the tickets (Jet airways) in Israel, but Mr. Malayanil took care of all the hotels in our staying in India. We felt free to call him in every problem we had and from the moment he heard the problem we knew that we don't have to worry anymore.

In our third visit (2003, April) we decided to leave everything to Mr. Malayanil treatment. He took care of our flight tickets inside India, and of our train tickets and hotels during our stay in India.

We chose only one hotel (Sea Face Hotel in Kovalam), which was a complete disappointment, and yet, we felt free to call Mr. Malayanil, who called the hotel manager and arranged that we would get our money back and be transferred to another when we apologized him for bothering him with our problems in a hotel that we chose Mr. Malayanil said:

"You are in my country, and every problem you have is my problem".

If we had an Israeli agent, he could not give us such a service. We felt that we could call Mr. Malayanil in every problem, question or request - day and night, and he would always (but always) be kind, helpful and professional.

We recommend everyone to work with T.C.I. and told everyone that we could not enjoy our visits to India without the care of Mr. Malayanil.

For us:
India = T.C.I. and T.C.I. = Malayanil so the conclusion is:
India = Malayanil.

We are afraid that Mr.Malayanil will be promoted and therefore will stop working with us, so I want you to promise us that no matter what will his job in T.C.I. be he will keep on working with us otherwise.."

"I am happy to inform you that my trip of Europe was really quite enjoyable. The arrangements done by you and COSMOS made our tour hassle-free. The time management of COSMOS was good. The tour-guide was co-operative. The bus provided to us for travelling was an AC luxury coach and we could cover on an average four hundred kilometers in five to six hours (including refreshment stops) without feeling much tired. The hotels provided were of good standard except a few, where our group had to face little problem due to failure of AC or small congested room (as in Paris). The over all experience was good and really memorable one."

The hotel in Goa was fantastic, really nice and the Coconut Lagoon was amazing. Alex enjoyed his massage there. The backwater boat trip was one of the highlights. The food we got on the boat was the best and the scenery was beautiful. Very relaxing.

Sri Lanka was fantastic. We loved it all, especially Kandy and the elephant orphanage. Our driver was brilliant, we got on really well with him and he really looked after us. We learnt to windsurf for 2 days during our stay in Bentota and our driver would come and watch us falling in the water all the time! It was great.

"Recently I had an opportunity to have an association with your organization as I had some work in Switzerland and Germany, I planned to travel to Europe and got myself booked on a 10 day European tour with Cosmos through TCI .

The person co-coordinating at TCI was by the name of Shilpa. I must point out here that she had a lot of patience as I am a pretty tough customer, as I had to squeeze myself in the tour as there weren't plenty of options left for me due to the odd timings as there weren't any more trips and the once that were, were starting after a week only.

I very rarely praise someone or an organization but here I must praise both your staff and your organization for the pleasing experience I had. I was pretty pleased as I have now returned and have very pleasant memories about the tour as well as the manner in which she organized my trip.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that the trip was absolutely value for money. The tour conductor was pretty sweet her name was Emma. She was pretty well versed with the places we visited she never missed an opportunity to share her experiences and knowledge. All the places we were put up were pretty good except a few which I am sure its the same everywhere as your trip cost was pretty low.

We are home safely, if tired. Pam, it was wonderful trip and we want to thank you for your firm's superb organization skills which made the trip so wonderful. We were impressed and amazed!

Without exception, the arrangements you made with TCI in India went as planned. We were met and delivered exactly as scheduled. We appreciate that such reliable service is challenging in places such as India where traffic and priorities can make on-site alterations common. The guide services were excellent and flexible enough to accommodate our preferences. The Festival of Shiva was on in Varanasi while we were there so the guide arranged for us to see some of the celebrations and processions.

The hotels, especially the Taj Mahal Palace (Mumbai) and Fort Aguada Resort (Goa) were outstanding. All hotels were clean, hospitable, comfortable and all afforded that desirable "refuge" from the chaos of city streets. We had no serious difficulties with the food, in fact we loved it! If there is any "downside" to the customized touring we did it is the extraordinary amount of serious tipping required. However, we got value for our rupees.
